Claflen Associates participated in this project as a housing consultant to Kelly/Maiello, Inc. Architects & Planners. The client was The Community Builders who developed the project under HUD's Hope VI program.
Garnet Terrace involved the complete renovation of the seriously deteriorated 47 unit project originally designed by Stonorov and Haws, and the addition of a new community center building.
