The Environmental and Energy Corporation (EEC) had purchased two large structures in Old City Philadelphia which required renovation on a fast track basis to accommodate the growth of the company. Claflen Associates prepared a strategy for both structures and renovated the first structure in a four month period, working very closely with the contractor.
Good use was made of the existing volume of the space to provide both excellent artificial and natural light, and an enclosed conference room faced in modestly priced, but carefully chosen wood veneers.
